3420L CNG TYPE 1 CYLINDER CASCADE

Description:

CNG type 1 cylinder cascade or CNG cylinder bundle is a kind mobile modular Compressed Natural Gas storage system. A certain quantity of CNG steel cylinders are combined together and fixed into a steel frame, and cylinder neck connected together by specially designed manifold tubes, with high pressure safety valves, and other PRD device. Cylinders can be placed vertically or horizontally which is according to customer’s request.

The cascade is with very compact structure and high tensile strength, and can be lifted easily by a forklift truck, and moved very conveniently to different places that needs CNG storage or CNG supply.

The gas storage volume of CNG cylinder cascade can be designed freely according to customer’s gas demand. The dimension can also be customized according to the actual space in the natural gas station. Just provide your requirement on CNG demand volume and working space dimension limit, and we will design the best proposal with most economical cost.

This 3420 CNG storage bundle comes with CNG priority panel box, to control 3 storage bank systems (LOW, MEDIUM, HIGH) of the cascade. 

HIGH : MEDIUM : LOW = 3 : 2 : 1

By this way, the gas filling efficiency (gas pressure and gas volume inside cylinder) can be increased a lot.

Applications:

CNG cylinder cascade consists of dozens of CNG steel cylinders, manifold, valves and gauges. Working pressure is usually 250bar. It is a kind of special equipment for CNG storage and transportation. It usually comes together with CNG gas pressure reduction station and CNG compressors, used for buffer ground gas storage in CNG natural gas stations.

CNG gas storage cylinder cascade is very popular for small CNG stations, because of its low cost and very easy installation.
