4560L CNG Steel Cylinder Bundle

Description:

4560L CNG type 1 cylinder cascade (also can be called CNG cylinder bundle) has 24pcs of 190L double neck CNG cylinders combined together and fixed into steel frame. The manifold tubing connects all 24pcs CNG cylinder together, make the whole package become a mobile Natural Gas storage system. Cylinders can be placed vertically, and also horizontal placement design is also available if customer prefers.

The cascade is with very compact structure and high tensile strength, and with working pressure of 250bar and hydraulic test pressure 375bar, strong and safe. It can be lifted easily by a forklift truck, and transported very conveniently to different places that needs CNG storage or CNG supply.

According to customer’s CNG demand, the quantity and capacity of CNG cylinder can be very flexible to be changed. The dimension can also be customized according to the actual working space at customer’s side.

CNG Priority Panel Box:

This 4560 CNG storage bundle comes with CNG priority panel box, to control 3 storage bank systems (LOW, MEDIUM, HIGH) of the cascade. HIGH : MEDIUM : LOW = 3 : 2 : 1

By this way, the gas filling efficiency (gas pressure and gas volume inside cylinder) can be increased a lot.
