Our current ISO 11119 standard CNG cylinder is type 2 hoop wrapped cylinder with a load-sharing metal liner and composite reinforcement on the cylindrical portion only. It is designed for storage and conveyance of compressed natural gas (CNG).

Product Description

Type 1 CNG Steel Cylinder is manufactured from seamless 34CrMo4 steel pipe, and is used to contain compressed natural gas for CNG filling stations, Trailers and Natural Gas Vehicles (CNG as fuel).

We supply high quality steel cylinders all over the world, with size ranging from 229mm to 406mm, and water capacity from 30L to 200L, approved by ISO11439, ECE R110, and so on.

All CNG steel cylinders we supply can withstand working pressure 200bar and 250bar, and lifetime can reach 15 years to 20 years.
